TRIAL LESSON

Every new student can book 1 free trial lesson. A trial lesson takes 25 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your child’s learning needs; I will demonstrate the materials and we will talk about a plan of approach.

What do I need to do after I schedule a trial lesson?

You will receive a confirmation email with an access link to Zoom. Click on this link a couple of minutes before the lesson starts. Make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your computer, tablet or phone.

Can I cancel/reschedule my trial?

It’s possible to cancel or reschedule your trial lesson up to 12 hours before the lesson starts.

Are your lessons suitable for all ages?

My lessons are suitable for children (3+) and teenagers.

How long is a full lesson?

Each full lesson is 25 minutes.

What video calling software is used for the lessons?

Zoom is my default software, but it is also possible to use Tencent Meeting.

Do I have to buy any lesson materials?

No, I will share my materials with you for free.

I use ESL Kidsstuff and ESL Teenstuff.

How do I Buy a Lesson (Package)?

1. Select Your Service
Choose your preferred package or appointment type via my Shop.

2. Secure Checkout
You will be redirected to our secure checkout page.

3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Unipay.

4. Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your booking details and meeting link.

How do I Schedule my Lesson(s)?

Option 1

You can schedule your lesson(s) in My Account. If this is your first time logging in, please use the “Forgot Password” option to create your password and access your account.

How do I enter the classroom for my lesson?

To enter the classroom, you will find a unique link to Zoom in your appointment details. You can find this link in your scheduled appointment.

Can I reserve a specific time/day?

You can book your appointments 6 months in advance.

Where can I find my Appointments?

If you’ve used the ‘add to calendar’ option after booking, you can find your lessons in your Google/Outlook/iCal calendar, or you can see/manage your appointments in My Account.

Can I Cancel/Reschedule a lesson?

Yes, up to 12 hours before the lesson starts, you can cancel/reschedule it for free. It is not possible to cancel/reschedule your lessons within 12 hours

How do I Cancel/Reschedule an appointment?

Go to the Confirmation email you received after booking your lesson(s) or to My Account. Click on the Reschedule or Cancel button in the email or in the dashboard of the My Account Page.

Why can’t I cancel/reschedule within 12 hours?

Of course, I’m understanding of everyone’s personal situation, but I wouldn’t be able to find a new student within this time. If you still have to cancel, you will lose this lesson credit.

PRICING, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

How much do your lessons cost?

10 Lessons → €145 /  ₾ 463

20 Lessons → €270 /  ₾ 862

40 Lessons → €500 /  ₾ 1596,50

80 Lessons → €920 /  ₾ 2937,50

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept the following debit/credit cards:

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express. My payment system is completely secure and runs through Unipay. 

Can I pay in my own currency?

At this moment, it is only possible to pay in euros. Your bank might charge a small fee or apply a slightly different exchange rate for international payments.

Do Lesson Packages have an end date?

You will get 12 months to use your lesson credits for the smaller packages (10, 20 and 40) and 24 months for the larger package (80).

What is your Refund Policy?

You can get a refund on your remaining balance if you contact me within 14 days after purchase. Please note that the payment processing fees will not be returned.
